1. About BoxFM
BoxFM is a digital streaming service for private users focusing on, among other things, sleep music, calm music, classical music, meditation, feel-good music and other audio content. As a member you may also get access to inspiration, tips and general information about sleep, relaxation and wellbeing. The content on BoxFM is not medical advice and cannot replace examination, treatment or advice from a doctor or other healthcare professional.
2. Subscription and free trial
When you create a BoxFM subscription, you get a 14-day free trial with full access to the service. During the trial you can use the service in the same way as a paying member. If you do not cancel the subscription before the trial ends, it automatically continues as a paid subscription at: DKK 89 per month incl. VAT. The subscription then continues month by month until it is cancelled. There is no minimum term.
3. Payment
After the free trial, DKK 89 incl. VAT is charged per month to the payment card registered at sign-up. Payment is taken automatically every month until the subscription is cancelled. Payments are handled by our payment provider. If a payment is declined, BoxFM may retry the payment. Access to the service may be limited or suspended if the payment still cannot be completed.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel your BoxFM subscription at any time. The subscription can be cancelled via your account on BoxFM.dk or by contacting us at: [email protected] If you cancel during the free trial, you will not be charged the subsequent monthly fee. If you cancel after the trial, you keep access until the end of the period already paid for. The subscription is not renewed thereafter.
5. Right of withdrawal
For online subscriptions, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For streaming and other digital content, the right of withdrawal may lapse once delivery begins, provided the customer has expressly accepted this in advance and received confirmation thereof. When you sign up on BoxFM.dk, you get access immediately. At the time of ordering you therefore expressly accept that delivery begins at once and that the right of withdrawal lapses once delivery of the digital content has begun.
6. Digital delivery and refunds
BoxFM delivers digital services and digital content. If you want immediate access to BoxFM, e-books or other digital content, you may be asked to expressly accept that delivery starts immediately and that the right of withdrawal may thereby lapse once delivery has begun. As a rule there is no ordinary right of return for digital content once it has been delivered or made available under the conditions that follow from applicable law. If a payment error, double payment or other obvious payment mistake occurs, please contact us at [email protected] so we can look into it. If you cancel your subscription, future payments stop after the current period. Subscription periods already paid for are generally not refunded unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer law.
7. Access and user profile
Access to BoxFM is personal. Login details must not be shared with others in a way that conflicts with the purpose of the subscription. The user is responsible for keeping their password confidential and for activity that takes place through the user's account.
8. Content and changes
BoxFM continuously updates the service and the music library. Music, channels, e-books, articles or other features may therefore be added, changed or removed over time. We strive to deliver a stable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access in connection with, for example, maintenance, technical errors or circumstances beyond our control.
9. Sleep and wellbeing tips
BoxFM may contain general tips, articles, expert summaries, recipes and inspiration regarding sleep, relaxation and wellbeing. The content is general information and inspiration only. BoxFM does not make diagnoses and does not offer treatment of illnesses or health conditions. In case of persistent or serious symptoms, the user should contact a doctor or other relevant healthcare professional.
10. E-books and other digital content
If a subscription or campaign offer includes e-books or other digital content, this is delivered digitally via the user's account or a download link. Any special prices or campaign terms are clearly stated before purchase. If digital content is delivered immediately, the rules on consent to the lapse of the right of withdrawal apply accordingly.
11. Price changes
BoxFM may change the subscription price. Significant price changes for existing members are announced with reasonable notice before the change takes effect. If the customer does not wish to accept the new price, the subscription can be cancelled before the change takes effect.
12. Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with BoxFM's privacy policy. Cookies for statistics and marketing are only used with your consent. See our cookie policy for an overview of the cookies we use.
13. Receipts and payment history
The customer receives documentation of purchases and subscription payments digitally. If payment history and invoices are available via the user's account, they can be found there after logging in.
14. Breach
BoxFM may suspend or close an account in case of material breach, fraud, misuse of the service or attempts at unauthorised access.

16. Governing law
The agreement is governed by Danish law, subject to the mandatory consumer protection rules that apply to the customer.
