Website: www.boxfm.dk These terms apply to all subscriptions and services provided by BoxFM in connection with access to and use of BoxFM's music and streaming services.

1. The service

1.1. BoxFM provides access to soothing music, nature sounds, and ambient soundscapes via internet-based streaming for private users. 1.2. The service gives the subscriber access to all available music channels and playlists. 1.3. The subscriber is responsible for having a stable internet connection and suitable equipment for playback.

2. Subscription and trial period

2.1. BoxFM offers a free trial period of 14 days. 2.2. The trial period is free and non-binding. You can cancel anytime during the trial without being charged. 2.3. After the trial period, the subscription is charged monthly.

3. Prices and payment

3.1. All prices are stated in Danish kroner. 3.2. All prices are incl. VAT. 3.3. Payment is made monthly by credit card.

4. Right of withdrawal and cancellation

4.1. You can cancel your subscription at any time. 4.2. Upon cancellation, you retain access to the service until the end of the paid period. 4.3. Already paid amounts are not refunded.

5. Personal data

5.1. BoxFM processes personal data in accordance with applicable legislation. 5.2. We only collect the information necessary to provide the service and manage your subscription.
